What to Expect The New Product Introduction (NPI) Technician Supervisor leads a large team of skilled NPI Engineering Technicians supporting Energy product launches at Tesla's Manufacturing facilities including batteries, charging and storage systems - the things that make Tesla unique. The NPI Technician Supervisors work with a diverse cross-functional team supporting every phase of Tesla's product development lifecycle, including hand-building low volume engineering trials, executing extended product validation builds, validating equipment and process readiness for production launch, and training production teams as products launch.
