New Product Introduction Engineer

A leading scaleup is looking for an NPI engineering to join their rapidly growing company.

• Demonstrated experience in an NPI, Manufacturing, Production, or Process Engineering role within electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing the complete NPI lifecycle, from early-stage concept through to full production ramp-up, including Design for Manufacture and Design for Test principles.
• Solid understanding of electro-mechanical manufacturing processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and final assembly operations.
• Experience analysing production data, particularly relating to high-volume assembly and test performance.
• Ability to plan and manage NPI activities to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and task management capabilities.
