New Product Evaluation Leader - Quality

The New Product Evaluation analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and compliance of new products and product transfer projects. This role plays a key part in planning and executing test protocols, managing quality issues, and converting customer and regulatory requirements into actionable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new products and transfer projects to ensure they meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Develop and organize validation protocols, test plans, and quality checklists.
• Identify, document, and manage quality issues through a closed-loop process, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Translate customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements into clear, actionable criteria for development and manufacturing teams.
