Molex is seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead complex customer-driven developments for high-speed internal interconnect solutions used in AI, server, storage, networking, and data center platforms.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can go deep in both mechanical and electrical discussions while driving disciplined execution from concept and architecture alignment through design, validation, qualification, and production readiness.

Our Team

The Internal Cables and Connectors team develops high-speed interconnect solutions for global data center, cloud, AI, storage, and networking customers. This role will serve as a key customer-facing technical leader, connecting Taiwan-based ODM/OEM ecosystem needs with Molex’s global engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and product capabilities.
