We are seeking an ambitious and driven New Car Sales Manager to lead a successful dealership sales team in Oxford. You will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales performance, maximising profitability, developing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire, coach, and motivate a team to consistently exceed targets.
