New Business Executive (Polish & English Speaking)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our UK New Business team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new business prospects, building genuine relationships and helping customers feel confident and safe to trade with us. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience, working collaboratively across teams to ensure Trade Nation’s values are reflected in every interaction.

This is a commission-based role, your earnings will reflect your performance, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your total compensation beyond the base salary.

Base Salary: €35,000 per annum 

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €20,000 in commission
