New Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers for plastic sheet and CNC machining parts
. Promote new and existing machining and plastic products to customers
. Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product development
. Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical or commercial needs
. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
. Support product introduction from development stage to mass production
. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
. Build and maintain good relationships with customers
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations on quality, cost, and
delivery are met.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related fields.
. 5-7 years of sales or business development experience in industrial products, engineering materials, or manufacturing.
