**Job Summary:**

Research Medical Center is assisting with the search for a neurosurgeon to join a well-established and respected private practice in Kansas City, Missouri.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ 2027 start is preferred
+ Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience
+ Must be comfortable with both spine and cranial, estimated 80/20 split
+ Call is shared equitably among neurosurgery partners with APPs taking daytime first call
+ Robust advanced practice provider support with dedicated outpatient and inpatient APPs rounding and assisting in surgery
+ Flexibility to pursue additional subspecialty areas of interest within the context of a general neurosurgery practice
+ Willing to perform complex cases with an anticipated first-year volume of 100-200 cases
