- Medford, Oregon - Part-Time (1 day every other week, 1 day per month or 2 half-days per month)
- Fargo, North Dakota - Part-Time (2 days per week with travel around ND, telehealth available)
- Fort Wayne, Indiana - Part-Time (1/2 days per week, could add additional telehealth days to make full time)
- Anchorage, Alaska - Part-Time (travel to Fairbanks when needed)
- Richmond, Virginia - Part-Time (4 days per month, 3 days face-to-face and one day telehalth)
