• Both Clinic & Hospital Privileges needed, neurology is in the hospital no separate clinic address

• Rounding & Admissions- Yes
• Demographics- 17+
• Average patients per day 16
• Required Procedures EEG, EMG
• Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) = 100 cases
• Working Solo?- No 1.5 FTE MDs and 1.0 NP
• Licensed- Yes must be WA Licensed at time of present
• Certs required, BLS & ACLS
• EMR- EPIC
• Travel - Yes w/ caps

• 8hr Clinic & 24hr Call
