Job Description

Performs investigative research in the field of neuro-modulation and device development. Tests and evaluates implantable devices developed for neuro-stimulation and recording. Performs benchtop and in vitro/in vivo experimental studies. Publishes and presents data. Collaborates with Investigators and Scientists in facilitating scientific research.

Job Responsibility

+ Provides research and technical expertise in the design, selection of material/components, development, testing, and evaluation of novel implantable neuromodulation devices.
+ Analyzes electrophysiological and electrochemical responses to neuromodulation.
+ Performs experiments, collects data, analyzes results, drafts engineering reports, and presents to leadership for review.
+ Directs and performs engineering, computer science and statistical studies for select research projects.
