Desired Experience Range: 8-12 YrS

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• 6+ years of experience in handling IT network devices
• LAN Switching/routing (VLANs, STP, OSPF), expertise in working Catalyst and Nexus Switches.
• Cisco DNAC/SDA Operations, Cisco ISE (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS) troubleshooting,
• Cisco Wi-Fi (WLC/AP) management, Cisco Firewalls (ASA/FD, ACLs, NAT, VPN).
• Cisco ACI - Tenant/EPG Model, Contracts. Deep understanding of SD-WAN
• Strong in monitoring, logs analyzing, basic automation and packet captures.
• Flexible to work 24/7 shifts
• Service Now Knowledge will be an advantage.
