Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who likes owning IT end-to-end and helping real people every day? We're seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to be the technical backbone of IT support across Freelancer's global offices.

This is a hands-on, on-site Sydney role. Senior escalation support is the daily core; monitoring, backups, Google Workspace, office networks and self-scoped improvement projects are the ownership layer. You'll be the senior point of the support function — handling the escalations the rest of the team can't — while keeping our existing infrastructure healthy and finding smarter ways to run it. You'll have genuine autonomy: you spot the problems, scope the fix, and deliver it yourself.
