Network Support Technician - Intermediate

Position Overview: Network Support Technician - Intermediate installs, maintains, and troubleshoots network and audiovisual cabling systems. They ensure optimal performance of cabling infrastructure, support network connectivity, and handle AV setups. This role requires a strong knowledge of PC/Network communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment, and the use of network management software. Responsibilities include cable management, performance monitoring, hardware/software troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams to support connectivity needs. + Monitors and responds to technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
