Network Support Officer

We are seeking Network Support Officer.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in network/system administration or IT support roles.(Fresh Candidates can also apply with certifications)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications / Training (Preferred):
• CCNA / CCNP – strong understanding of networking, routing, and switching
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801) or equivalent Server Administration certification
• Linux Administration skills
• Knowledge or certification in Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Administration will be a plus
• Technical Skills:
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services)
• Proficient in Domain Controller management and Group Policy (GPO) configuration
