We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and end-users to provide comprehensive network support and deliver successful projects.
Functional Duties
Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure for the company, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Manage and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to protect our network from unauthorized access and potential threats.
Provide 2nd and 3rd-tier support to end-users for network infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.
