Network Support Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Networking Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.
• Maintain network security and data backup systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in networking field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN.
