Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Network Support Engineer (Huawei) to provide advanced technical support for enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Huawei-based network infrastructure while supporting related IT systems such as servers, CCTV, access control, and IPPBX. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and maintain Huawei network devices including switches and related equipment.
Provide L2-level troubleshooting for network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security-related problems.
Support and integrate network infrastructure with servers, CCTV systems, biometric access control systems, and IPPBX solutions.
