Network Support Engineer

The Network Support Engineer (Cisco) will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco-based network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, along with the ability to support connected systems including servers, CCTV, biometric access control, and IPPBX environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability of the network infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
Support and maintain connected systems such as servers, CCTV cameras, biometric access control systems, and IPPBX.
Perform network upgrades, patching, and firmware updates as per best practices.
