Network Support Engineer

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Network Support Engineer. to join our dynamic team.

Tasks:



•Installation and Configuration, for all kind of networking devices and appliances.

• Debugging, problem solving and escalation of critical problems.

• Customer support.

Required Competencies:
Technical
• Routing and Switching experience (HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks).

• Security experience in Firewalls (Fortinet).
• VOIP (Cisco, Avaya) is a plus.

• Professional technical certifications in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Good in English, French and Arabic.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills....
