Job Description

What You Will Do
General Description: Utilize the Molex Global S&OP Process to create a Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for assigned plants with the goals to identify, report, and drive correction of short term and long term capacity constraints as well as excess capacity. Review (ultimately create) and authorize changes to the Master Production Schedule. Report on the execution/ adherence to the Master Production Schedule for Demand Planned Parts, Make To Stock (MTS), Made To Forecast (MTF), Assemble To Order (ATO) and Make To Order (MTO). Manage all aspects of plant Master Data as it relates to Supply Management.
Capacity Planning:
Complete plant Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), both Generic and Specific.
Identify capacity constraints based on overall demand. Make recommendations with timelines to plant to resolve Capacity Constraints and overcome allocation situations.
