The Network Specialist / Network Engineer is an IT Infrastructure position focused on the technical administration and 2nd to 3rd level support for all network support services. The primary area of responsibilities includes supporting all “Network related services”. This area of focus also requires similar expertise as with the other Engineers, in both LAN/WAN services. This includes expertise and experience with WiFi, Virtual and Physical Switching environments, ITIL Processes, escalations/incident response, traffic monitoring and troubleshooting, software monitoring continuity.
