One of the leaders in information technology consultancy in cloud computing and information management in HK, is now seeking a Network Service Engineer to join their professional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Perform network maintenance, change, monitoring, diagnostic and system upgrades.
Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
Manage network security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
