Overview

The Network Professional Analyst - Core Network (L2 NOC) is responsible for second-level support and troubleshooting of core network issues, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of mobile core and voice network platforms. The role involves fault isolation, escalation handling, performance monitoring, service assurance, and coordination with field, vendor, and cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents within SLA.
