Network Performance Consultant

The Role:

As our new Network Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of Motor Claims & Assessing’s key cost, service & quality targets through our Partner Repairer Network and related Motor Supplier services. The role is responsible for assisting the Network Performance Team in the performance management of our Partner Repairers, including sourcing, selecting, vetting and on-boarding Partner Repairers to achieve required cost, service and repair quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to procure selected supplier services within appropriate governance, compliance and contractual frameworks, as well as undertaking business risk assessments of potential suppliers Audit, analyse and manage cost, quality & service performance of the Motor Category supply chain ensuring that agreed contractual, regulatory and best practice standards are met & maintained
