- Analyze 4G/5G network performance , identify bottlenecks, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall network quality.
- Monitor KPI trends , diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Conduct radio network troubleshooting , parameter tuning , and performance improvement to ensure optimal network operations.
- Develop and execute network optimization strategies aligned with business objectives and service quality requirements.
- Perform drive test log analysis and provide targeted optimization solutions.
