Network Operations Engineer

• 10–15 years of strong experience in networking
• Owns and resolves chronic, long‑running, or recurring issues across network and voice environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Silver Peak SD‑WAN appliances and orchestration.
• Skilled in troubleshooting Silver Peak tunnels, path conditioning, and overlay issues.
• Experienced in deployment, configuration, and performance optimization of Silver Peak environments.
• Strong experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
• Good hands‑on knowledge of Aruba switching, including L3 routing and VLAN configurations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, and SIP protocols
• Performs deep root cause analysis for persistent incidents impacting production.
• Works closely with L2 teams to identify repeating patterns, trends, and service degradation.
