**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience working directly within a network operations environment performing incident response and hardware/software troubleshooting.
+ 2 years of experience working with networking technologies (TCP/IP) and core routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, or ISIS).
+ 1 year of experience performing LAN switching and executing standard Method of Procedures (MOPs) for fault isolation and diagnostics.
+ Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.
