Network Operations Center Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and technically aware NOC Executive to support 24/7 monitoring and operational activities within our Network Operations Centre.
This role is ideal for candidates with basic technical knowledge in networking, hardware monitoring, and system support who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced operational environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, identifying issues, maintaining operational logs, and escalating incidents to the relevant teams as per defined procedures.
Key Responsibilities Monitor systems, devices, and operational dashboards on a 24/7 shift basis
Perform routine checks on connectivity, device health, and system status
Identify faults, alerts, or service interruptions and escalate as required
Maintain daily monitoring logs, reports, and incident records
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
