This position serves as the front line of the Network Operations Center (NOC), responsible for alert response, initial triage, and resolving issues through structured troubleshooting paths. While a junior role, strong foundational knowledge and professional communication are mandatory for success in this high-visibility environment.

Operational Support & Incident Response

- Owns, updates, and resolves ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ITIL standards.
