Job Description

 If you are interested in comprehensive monitoring of the network and infrastructure, enhancing consumer visibility, and supporting proactive issue resolution through real-time data collection, this role is for you.
 The position involves maintaining the monitoring solution within a globally distributed framework, collaborating with various internal and external teams to optimize and automate the current setup while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.
 Your role Implement and maintain monitoring solutions in a distributed environment (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Checkmk, Nagios, etc.)
 Troubleshoot issues related to monitoring/service check configurations
 Manage and optimize IT network domains, including L2, L3, Firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, Routing Protocols, TCP, UDP, etc.
 Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.
 Collaborate with teams to enhance Consumer Experience (CX)
