**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience with network infrastructure operations or builds, with a focus on optical transport, dark and leased fiber, cross-connects, etc.
+ 2 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.
+ 2 years of experience with networking protocols and troubleshooting.
+ Experience in troubleshooting of DWDM systems, including in DWDM topology and architecture.
