Network Engineer (Noc)

Qualifications

• Education related to Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Telecoms or Network Operations .
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• CCNA-level knowledge or certification
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Cisco switching/routing, and wireless LAN .
• Familiarity with firewall (FW), intrusion prevention (NIPS), F5 loadbalancing and Proxy .
• Good communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Plus Points

• ITIL Foundation/Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Incident triaging, troubleshooting and investigations on Telecoms infrastructure
• Implement routine changes such as DNS, DHCP, proxy change...
