Network Engineer

Job Description

The broad knowledge of all major topics is critical. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, preferably with a Financial Services Firm, Technology vendor or systems integrator designing and implementing large-scale networks.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work both independently and as a team member is essential.
• Strong presentation skills are imperative to explain network design, articulate risk, and facilitate decision making.
• Strong security focus and experience with network security concepts and multi-tier security architectures.
• Able to lead the segregation efforts between production and non-production networks.
• Responsible for understanding design standards, implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure a secure and efficient separation between prod and non-prod environments.
