About the Role:
Join a global-scale network operations team supporting high-capacity carrier and enterprise backbone networks. This is a Level 1 Network Engineer role, ideal for candidates with a telecom or NOC background who want hands-on exposure to large-scale, high-performance network environments. The role is standard office hours, no shifts or on-call.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support and monitoring for carrier and enterprise networks.
Troubleshoot and escalate network incidents within a NOC/GNOC environment.
Assist in configuration and operational support of MPLS, BGP, and IP routing.
Support large-scale carrier backbone and enterprise WAN/SD-WAN networks.
Work with Cisco or Juniper network equipment.
Document incidents, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
