Overview
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer to support enterprise network operations and contribute to ongoing network modernization and lifecycle refresh initiatives. This role sits on a Tier 1 network team and is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving network performance, and working in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable connectivity across a large enterprise while supporting upgrades and modernization of network infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Network Support & Operations
Provide Tier 1/2 network support by triaging and resolving connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
Troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networking issues, wireless performance, and general infrastructure incidents
