Join our Office Network Reliability Engineering team and help shape the network infrastructure that connects 540,000 Amazonians across 400+ corporate offices worldwide. As a Network Development Engineer, you'll move beyond traditional network operations to build automation solutions, develop self-service tools, and create the operational processes that enable our teams to resolve incidents independently—all while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers who are invested in your growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support by participating in the on-call rotation for the APAC regional hub, independently diagnosing and resolving well-scoped network failures including wireless access point issues, LAN connectivity problems, VLAN misconfigurations, circuit disruptions, and authentication failures, while supporting senior engineers on complex multi-site or cross-system incidents
