Title: Network & Telecommunications Engineer
Type: Full‑Time / Permanent (FTE)
Location: Greenbrae, CA – 100% on‑site
This is a hands-on Level 2/3 role supporting a mission-critical healthcare environment. You’ll work across both enterprise networking and Cisco voice systems, directly supporting infrastructure used by physicians, nurses, and clinical staff every day.
This is not a ticket-only or architecture-only role—you’ll be actively installing hardware, configuring switches, troubleshooting voice systems, and resolving escalated issues.
What You’ll Be Doing

+ Support and troubleshoot Cisco voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CER, paging, analog lines)

+ Install/configure switches, phones, and network infrastructure

+ Handle Tier 2/3 escalations across network and telecom

+ Support a multi-site hospital network environment

+ Assist with patching, cabling, and physical installs
