The role will function as an SME-level support engineer, providing 24x7 operational support for network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network devices
