Network Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a cleared Network Administrator (TS/SCI – CI Poly eligible) in Washington, DC to support a US intelligence organization. This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities for the Network Administrator include:

·Install and upgrade routers/switches, perform system patching, and apply IAVA updates

·Conduct network site surveys and support design efforts

·Execute minor network changes (VLANs, ACLs, port assignments)

·Troubleshoot network issues and outages

·Support implementation and refresh of network infrastructure

·Resolve and close network-related service tickets

·Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution; draft and maintain SOPs as needed

·Maintain and monitor network performance systems

Qualifications for the Network Administrator include:

·3-7 years of relevant experience in network administration or similar role
