Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure & maintain computer hardware, software & networks

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & servers

• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues

• Ensure IT system security (backup, antivirus, access control)

• Implement IT policies & maintain documentation

• Support multimedia, CCTV systems & sound systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software & networking
