Network Administrator

Description We are looking for a highly organized Network Administrator to support an energy and natural resources team in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position focuses on coordinating network support activities, monitoring ticket progress, and helping maintain timely resolution across a team of 15 network professionals. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid Excel and documentation skills, and the ability to follow up consistently to keep work moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Track open network support requests and follow up with team members to help ensure issues are addressed within expected timeframes.
