Nephrology Nurse Practitioner

Work Site Locations: Upland, West Covina, and Apple Valley - CA. May be required to travel to other clinics for business need.

Work Shift: 5 Days a Week, Monday Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Nurse Practitioner Specialty is responsible for providing for the health care needs of patients in collaboration with a physician, through advanced assessment and identification of health states including abnormal conditions, diagnosing, treatment therapies and/or evaluation. Performs care in the specialty area of nephrology and patients on dialysis.
