• Call Schedule: 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel
• Dates needed: 8/29-9/4; 9/12-9/18; 10/10-10/16

Clinical Details

• Practice Settings: Level III NICU
• ADC: 14
• Support Staff: OB staff on site including MFM support

Requirements

• Board: Board Certified in Neonatology with recent experience
• Licenses: Active SC license or active IMLC
• NPDB: Self-query NPDB within 30 days of submission
• Must be available for listed dates - 8/29-9/4; 9/12-9/18; 10/10-10/16
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
