Neonatology Nurse Practitioner - NICU

**Position Highlights:**

+ **Balanced Schedule:** 7 on / 7 off with 24-hour coverage
+ **Weekend & Call Coverage Required**
+ **Low Patient Volume:** Manage an average of 3–4 patients per day for high-quality, focused care
+ **Growing NICU Program:** Currently a Level I unit with plans to transition to Level II—great opportunity to be part of program expansion
+ **Collaborative Care Model:** Work alongside Family Practice, OB/GYN providers, experienced RN staff, and unit support
+ **Autonomous Practice:** Independent role with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
+ **Diverse Clinical Scope:** Responsibilities include hospital rounding, delivery stabilization, discharge planning, and circumcisions
+ **Experience Preferred:** Seeking candidates with 2+ years of NICU experience (no new grads at this time)
