Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are needed in Medford, Oregon
$105+/hr- Negotiable. Travel Reimbursement and Medical Malpractice Coverage provided. -13 weeks contract assignment starting ASAP -Shift Needed: 10 hour NIGHTS & 10 hour DAYS (40 hours per week) with call coverage.
-Average daily census 18 -25-30 bed unit; the region's only NICU
-Hospital named to Forbes Top Hospitals list in 2026
-64% level II, 35% level III, 10% level IV
-Equipment utilized: EPIC EMR; Pyxis
Scope of Services:

Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, develop differential diagnoses, and implement management plans tailored to acuity and family needs. Independently manage Level II III patients; participate in stabilization/management of Level IV complexity with neonatology oversight.
