Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neonatologist to join a collaborative, well-supported Level III NICU team in Lexington, Kentucky, offering hands-on clinical care, strong neonatal nurse practitioner support, and a schedule designed to prioritize work-life balance while maintaining procedural excellence.

Job Description: The Neonatologist will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Managing care for infants from a busy newborn nursery service
• Supporting approximately 4,000 annual deliveries
• Working alongside 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
• Participating in home-based night call, with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Performing and maintaining hands-on neonatal procedures
