**Job Summary:**

Mission Hospital—western North Carolina’s leading regional health system—is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our experienced Level III/IV NICU team in beautiful Asheville. Both experienced and newly graduated NNPs encouraged to apply.

**Qualified candidates**

+ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with an NNP specialty
+ Current RN and APRN licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
+ National NNP certification (NCC).
+ PALS or NRP certification
+ Minimum 1–2 years of NICU experience preferred; new NNP graduates with strong NICU backgrounds will be considered.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high‑acuity, fast‑paced clinical settings.
