Neonatal Nurse Practitioner NICU

**Position Highlights**

+ Level III NICU providing advanced neonatal critical care in an inpatient setting.
+ 24-hour shift schedule offering a condensed work schedule and excellent work-life balance.
+ Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and Neonatal NPs in a collaborative, team-based environment.
+ Manage approximately 16 patients per shift with support from RNs, Social Workers, and additional APPs.
+ Broad scope of practice including:
+ High-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation
+ Hospital admissions and inpatient rounding
+ Critical care procedures (intubations, lumbar punctures, arterial/umbilical line placement, chest tubes, bladder taps)
+ Ventilator management
+ Cooling therapies (body/head cooling)
+ iNO therapy
+ ECMO participation under neonatologist supervision
