Neighbourhood Officer

Temporary – 3 months or more Manchester 35 hours per week £19-£20 PAYE + holiday pay per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class housing service to social housing tenants
• Assist with re‑letting of void properties and garages to minimise rent loss
• Complete health and safety and estate inspections
• Carry out estate walkabouts
• Work alongside the safer neighbourhood teams regarding issues of ASB
• Complete targeted tenancy visits
• Take legal action when required surrounding abandonment and subletting
• Attend evictions
• Report issues with damp, mould and condensation
• Conduct viewings and sign‑ups

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to own vehicle is essential
