Neighbourhood Officer
Temporary – 3 months or more Manchester 35 hours per week £19-£20 PAYE + holiday pay per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a first‑class housing service to social housing tenants
- Assist with re‑letting of void properties and garages to minimise rent loss
- Complete health and safety and estate inspections
- Carry out estate walkabouts
- Work alongside the safer neighbourhood teams regarding issues of ASB
- Complete targeted tenancy visits
- Take legal action when required surrounding abandonment and subletting
- Attend evictions
- Report issues with damp, mould and condensation
- Conduct viewings and sign‑ups
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to own vehicle is essential
